The entire staff on both sides of the facility was very informative and helpful. Everyone knows their job and doesn't mind helping each other like a family. I actually did an internship there through Norfolk State University and had the full experience of being hired and performing tasks as an administrator or administrative assistant, with a great mentor. She showed me the ins and outs of the business and gave me great information, as well as making sure I knew the functionality of the facility, and the jobs of each major employee including shadowing their CEO.
